Fisherman's Paradise

Here are just a few of our fishemen and what they have caught. The lake offers Trout, Bass, Tiger Muskies, Crappie, Perch, Bluegills, and Bullheads.

Julie Coleman, is having the time of her life, just waiting for that BIG one to hit her line. Julie's companion D-O-G, even has to wear his life jacket... He believes in obeying the park rules of children wearing their life jackets while on the docks... Well done D-O-G!!!

Zac Nordstrom caught this monster Tiger Muskie right off the end of our boat dock. It came in at 44 1/2 inches long and weighed approx. 22lbs. Take a look at the teeth on this one. There has been one tagged that is over 8 ft. long in this lake. Can you imagine hooking onto that one?

DAVE CAUGHT THIS 42 1/2 INCH TIGER MUSKY. HE WAS THE HIT OF THE RESORT WHEN HE GOT THIS BIG ONE IN. IT GOES TO SHOW THAT NO ONE IS TOO BIG OR SMALL TO CATCH THE "WHALES" OF NEWMAN.

DAVE BEZDECIEK CAUGHT THIS 18 1/2 INCH LARGE MOUTH BASS WHILE FISHING OFF OUR DOCK. HE WAS SO PROUD OF THIS FISH! HE SAID THAT IT MADE A WONDERFUL MEAL FOR HIS DINNER THAT NIGHT.

HERE IS JUST A SAMPLE OF THE TIGER MUSKIES CAUGHT OUT OF NEWMAN LAKE. THIS FISH MEASURED 48 INCHES. IT WAS CAUGHT AT NEWMAN LAKE USING A CRAPPY JIG.
